Connect any email client to Rolet Email

You can connect any email client or portable device to Rolet Email, our standard POP/IMAP/SMTP email servers. Examples of email clients are Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, iPhone, BlackBerry, Microsoft Mail and a few thousand others. Scanners, fax machines and devices that just need to send email (SMTP) also require authentication to connect to our email servers and relay email to the recipient. You can setup a utility account in the Rolet Client Interface or use an existing email account.

Pertinent information for connecting any email client

Incoming mail server (POP3):

Incoming mail server (IMAP):

Outgoing mail server (SMTP):

SMTP Authentication: YES (Your mail server requires authentication)

Outgoing mail / SMTP server port: 587

You will need your username and password. Standard Rolet Email usernames are not the email address. Your administrator will be able to provide this information to you from the Rolet Client Interface. As a hint, they generally look like this: prefix-name.
