Issue

There have been issues with Firefox browser versions where a user successfully logs into webmail.rolet.com, but is immediately redirected to the login screen without an error message at the top of the page.

This issue is caused by corrupt cookies in the browser.

Solution

Clear Cookies for Rolet

To clear your cookies for webmail, please follow these instructions, searching your list of cookies for “rolet” rather than “facebook”.
